ECE Projects

Some of most interesting Electrical and Computer Engineering Projects are presented here.

Design of a pipelined Processor

For the class "Computer Architecture and Design", I have a very fast microprocessor pipeline (actually the fastest in its class). The processor is in real time with the code that we tested do not have access to in advance. That was really a very interesting and challenging project. You can use the final report is available here.

Design of a Static Random Access Memory

For the class "CMOS Integrated Circuits", I designed a 32-bit SRAM. You can read the final report here.

Determination of Carrier Concentration in a p-n junction

For the class "Physics of Semiconductors and Semiconductor Devices", I offered three different approaches for determining the electron and hole concentrations in a p-n junction. This kind of work is in the core of any semiconductor device CAD program. You can read the final report here.
